ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPC's) - We have our own "in house" qualified Energy Assessor who will produce the necessary EPC for your property if not already available. These are legally required to market a property for either sale or letting purposes.
PHOTOGRAPHY - We pride ourselves on the quality of our sales particulars, and when the opportunity presents itself we will incorporate both external and internal coloured photographs for our sales details, window displays and website.
LOCAL ADVERTISING - We will ensure that your property is advertised regularly on the main Internet sites such as onthemarket.com and Rightmove to ensure maximum exposure we advertise as required in the Portsmouth & South East Hants property guide which has an estimated 186,000 readers each week.
OFFICE DISPLAY - You will be aware that our office is located at 191 London Road, North End, we will ensure that your property is given a prominent position within our window display to ensure maximum exposure. Our office has been established in this position since 1931, and is therefore well known to both buyers and sellers.
FOR SALE BOARDS - In todays market place it is important to obtain maximum coverage for your property and subject to your permission we will erect one of our for sale boards ensuring that the property reaches the maximum number of potential buyers.
